Shout out to all you Red IPA fans who’ve been left on read – this one’s for you! It’s been a while since we brewed a Red IPA, so Ross and the brew crew went all out. We’ve combined our best local malts with specialty Melanoidin and Caraaroma from Germany for a rich blend of biscuit sweetness, subtle toastiness, dried fruit, and a touch of caramel and roasted nuts. But don’t worry, this is still an IPA – and that means hops! We’ve got a killer Aussie, US & NZ hop mix, featuring our first use of Cryo Superdelic, bursting with sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel, fresh pine, and playful red fruit and candy notes. Next time, we’ll respond faster... unless we’re busy brewing something new!

Light ginger spice with a little sweetness and bite.

The beer that inspired our crazy journey, ours is a hop driven, full bodied and refreshing Pale Ale bursting with flavour and aroma. Style: Classic American Pale Ale Malt: Pale Malt, Munich, Caramalt & Wheat Malt. Hops: EKG (UK) kettle bittering, Cascade (US/AUS/NZ) & one other hop variety (based on seasonal variations using the best hops available) in the whirlpool and Cascade (USA/Aus), Chinook (USA) & one other hop variety in the hopback. Pairing: The all rounder. Pizzas, burgers, grilled meats, mussels in flavoursome broths.

Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. After being dry hopped at the end of fermentation, our Pacific Ale is then drawn straight from the storage tank at the brewery into kegs and bottles.

This pale ale packs a tropical punch thanks to an abundance of new world hop character together with notes of stone fruit and oak. Runt is a 3.5% ABV Mid Strength option with a surprisingly strong body. This beer is bigger than you think! Brewed so you can enjoy a few without sacrificing on flavour.

Pale and hazy in true “New England” fashion. Big pineapple, tangerine and stone fruit on the nose. Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Finishes with a tropical kick of lime, guava and pomelo.

A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste. Crafted from a blend of our favourite apples including Dabinett, Porters Perfection and Harry Masters Jersey.

大好きなこのセゾンを、夏を通り越して、晩秋の「インディアン・サマー」の季節までもつように、さらに、たっぷりのホップをつかって仕込んでみました。 もともとは農閑期の冬から春にかけて、夏の農作業のために仕込まれたというセゾン。保存性をよくするためにつかわれたホップが、ベルギービールの中でも際立つスタイルです。 ネーミングからセゾンのIPA的なものだと思われた方もいらっしゃると思いますが、そういう意味ではほぼ正解です。IBUは通常のIPAよりもやや低めの50くらいの設定ですが、ドライなボディとのバランスでは十分程よく(!?）苦いです。 セゾン酵母により度数を感じさせないドライさと嫌みのないフルーティさ。 ホップはニュージーランドとアメリカ産の新品種が中心。青い柑橘類を思わせる爽快な香りが特徴です。 アルコール度数 : 7.0% ビアスタイル ： ベルジャンIPA http://tamamura-honten.co.jp/?pid=97647161
