Maintaining the authentic flavours of Japan, JiBiru serves a menu of yakitori from the Saitama region north of Tokyo, where pork (“yakiton”) is used in addition to the traditional chicken.
Using award winning sauces directly imported from the Hibiki yakitori restaurants of Higashi-Matsuyama, JiBiru grills only the finest fresh meats including fresh Sakura chicken and high quality Japanese pork, accompanied by a selection of izakaya dishes such as tempura, gyoza and Japanese style curries.
